Indika gets loan from Mandiri

IDX-listed PT Indika Energy Tbk said today in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange that it has on July 18, 2012 signed a revolving working capital loan agreement (KMK) and specific loan transaction deal (PTK) with PT Bank Mandiri.

The KMK allows Indika to obtain up to US$75 million worth of credit limit with 3 month LIBOR plus 4.24% interest rate per year with 0.30% structuring fee from credit limit and 12 months maturity period.

The PTK facility, on the other hand, will allow Indika to obtain US$35 million worth of credit limit with 3 months LIBOR plus 4.5% interest rate per year with 0.45% structuring fee from credit limit and will mature in 18 months. The company didn't provide additional detail.
