Indika sees flat coal output next year

IDX-listed integrated energy company PT Indika Energy Tbk said that coal production by subsidiary PT Kideco Jaya Agung next year is expected to be about the same as this year?s revised production target of 32 million tons.
?Production (next year) will be about the same (as this year?s),? said Indika President Director Arsjad Rasjid on Thursday to Petromindo.com
Kideco initially set a higher production target of 39 million tons for this year, but has recently revised the target to 32 million tons.
Arsjad said that coal price next year is expected to hover at around US$70-$80 per ton.
Kideco, which was set up in 1982, operates coal mines in East Kalimantan.
