Indika sells LPG subsidiary

IDX-listed energy firm PT Indika Energy Tbk announced on Wednesday that its subsidiaries PT Indika Energy Infrastructure and PT LPG Distribusi had on January 16 signed an agreement to sell their entire shares in PT Wahida Arta Guna Lestari (WAGL) to undisclosed buyers.
WAGL is engaged in the business of transporting and refilling of bulk liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
The firm did not mention the portion of its ownership in WAGL, nor the value of the transaction. In a statement to the IDX, Indika said that the buyers of WAGL shares were not affiliated.
