Indika sets up new subsidiary

IDX-listed PT Indika Energy Infrastructure, a unit of publicly-listed energy outfit PT Indika Energy Tbk, has set up a new subsidiary PT Indika Multi Energi Internasional.
According to a filing made by Indika Energy, the new subsidiary is engaged in the fields of trade, development, industry, agriculture, printing, transportation, and services.
PT Indika Energy Infrastructure holds 98.8 percent shares in Indika Multi Energi, while the remainder 1.2 percent is held by affiliate firm PT Indika Inti Corpindo.
