Indo Setu Bara seeks partners

IDX-listed coal miner PT Indo Setu Bara Resources Tbk (formerly known as PT Cipendawa Tbk) recently stated that it currently is seeking strategic and potential business partners to develop its coal business.

"We seek partners as either capital investors or those who can jointly develop the coal business as mining contractors, shipment company, heavy equipment suppliers, coal traders and independent power producers," the company revealed in a presentation filed with the IDX.

The company is known to hold the license for two low-CV coal concessions in Berau regency with measured reserves of 10 million tonnes and indicated reserves of 12 million tonnes, listed under PT sentra Alam Resources and PT Pratama Sumber Bumibara, covering a total area of 3,600 hectares.
