Indo Setu Bara sees coal production to start end of ?12

IDX-listed firm PT Indo Setu Bara Resources plans to start production from its coal mine in Berau regency East Kalimantan within the end of 2012.
The company revealed in a presentation filed with the IDX that environmental impact assessment is currently being finalized and the mines? status are being processed into ?production-operations?. The company said it will also apply for forestry permit.
The company has two low-CV coal concessions in Berau regency with measured reserves of 10 million tonnes and indicated reserves of 12 million tonnes, namely PT sentra Alam Resources and PT Pratama Sumber Bumibara, covering a total area of 3,600 hectares.
The company did not give planned production figure. (alex)
