Indo Straits signs US$35 million loan agreement with Bank Permata

IDX-listed marine engineering company, PT Indo Straits Tbk announced that the company has signed an agreement with PT Bank Permata on Friday for a US$35 million loan facility.
The funds would be used to support the company?s planned capital expenditure for the next two years.
The company said that it would start purchasing additional units of heavy equipment as well as tugs and barges needed to expand its market share in marine and logistics integrated services provision. (romel)
