Indo Tambangraya announces new board members ?

Shareholders of IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Indo Tambangraya Megah approved on Monday the new lineups of the firm?s Board of Directors and Commissioners.
Kirana Limpaphayo was appointed new president director to replace Pongsak Thongampai during the shareholders? meeting.
He is assisted by six directors, namely A.H Bramantya as Operation Director, ?Yulius Ghozali as Finance Director, Jusnan Ruslan as Marketing Director, Stephanis Demo Wawin as Corporate Service Director, Leksono Poeranto as Corporate Affairs Director, Mulianto Lie as Accounting &Tax Director.
The new Board of Commissioners comprise of Ibrahim Yusuf as President and Independent Commissioner, Somyot Ruchirawat as Commissioner, Rudijanto Boentoro as Commissioner Somruedee Chaimongkol as Commissioner and Djisman Simandjuntak as Independent Commissioner.
Limpaphayom said under his leadership, the firm will focus on sustainability and pro-environmental programs.
?We shall focus on efficiency, effectiveness in mining activities, cost reduction, performance improvement in logistic segments, and diversification to power and other potentials in energy business,? he said
The shareholders? meeting also approved the distribution of US$63.06 million in dividends or 99.9 percent of profit in 2015, including $57.98 in interim dividends and $5.07 million in dividends,? he said. As much as $50,000 will be held as retained profit to support company?s operation.
