Indo Tambangraya sets up subsidiary

IDX-listed coal miner PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITM) announced on Tuesday that it had set up a subsidiary called PT Tambang Raya Usaha Tama.
The subsidiary will do mining service business, the firm said in a statement.
ITM is a leading coal company in Indonesia with several coal miner subsidiaries, namely PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Bharinto Ekatama, PT Trubaindo Coal Mining, PT Kitadin and PT Jorong Barutama Greston.
