Indonesia oil and gas exports up by 4.37 % in March

Indonesia oil and gas export in March rose by 4.37 percent compared to the previous month to US$3.502b, Head of the Statistic Bureau Suryamin announced on Tuesday.
The rise of the commodities shipment in March was attributed to the increase crude oil exports by 6.32 percent to $1.129b on monthly basis and exports of oil derivative products by 80.21 percent compared to the previous month's to $525.9m , said Suryamin. Meanwhile, gas exports in March decreased by 8.89 percent from that of February to $1.684b, he told a press conference at the bureau.
The export volume of oil derivative products rose by 70.94 percent in March from the previous month, but the volume of exports of crude oil and gas decreased by 0.50 percent and 4.92 percent respectively, he said.
Indonesia crude oil price increased to $128.14 per barrel in March from $122.17 in February, said Suryamin. Cumulatively, Indonesia oil and gas export by March rose by 20.64 percent to $10.00b year on year, he said.
The oil and gas imports in March increased by 12.48 percent to US$436m compared to February, Suryamin said, while the cumulative oil and gas import by March rose by 24.39 percent to $2.047b.
