Indonesia Power: 2nd EPC PQ to develop Pemaron power plant

INVITATION FOR 2nd PREQUALIFICATION OF EPC TO DEVELOP STEAM CYCLE POWER PLANT ON THE EXISTING GAS TURBINES FRAME 7, AT PEMARON BALI.

1. PT. IP invites potential EPC contractors ("Applicants") with good qualification to convert the Purchased Steam Cycle Machineries to become a Complete Steam Cycle Plant ("Project") that to be connected to the Existing GTs under Deferred Payment Scheme.

2. In general, work scope of the Project will consist of, but not limited to, Turbine, repairing and refurbishment of the Purchased Steam Cycle Machineries, as well engineering design, purchase required additional equipment provide financing for the Project, construct, test and commission the Steam Cycle Plant. Applicants will also be, responsible to ensure that the Project fulfills the standard technical requirement.

3. Applicant qualifications:
1) Have sound financial conditions and be able to demonstrate financial strengths to complete the Project timely, and
2) Has ability to handle project with similar complexity as stipulated in point (2).

5. Registration will be available after Applicant has made full payment of IDR 10,000,000 equivalent and submitted original copy of a power of attorney if represented by unauthorized person.

6. With regard that this invitation is repetition of previous invitation (on march 18, 2009) the Applicant who already submit the Prequalification Documents to the Procurement Team does not required to Register as stipulated in Point 4 but still required to submit Letter of Interest to Procurement Team.
