PT Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of state-owned electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), signed on Friday an MoU with ISAR GAS for the supply of gas to the Grati power plant in Pasuruan, East Java.

The six-month MoU was signed by Indonesia Power President Director Supangkat Iwan Santoso and ISAR GAS Director Wachid Hasyim, the electricity firm said in a statement.

According to the MoU, ISAR GAS will start the gas delivery in the second quarter of 2015. In the first stage, ISAR GAS will distribute 10 MMSCFD of gas to the Grati power plant. The volume will later be increased to 30 MMSCFD, once the gas company obtains additional gas allocation expected in the first quarter of 2017.
