Indonesia Power opens tender for spot coal

PT Indonesia Power (IP), a unit of state electricity firm PT PLN (Persero) announced on Wednesday the opening of spot coal PQ tender for its 3,400-MW Suralaya power plant in Banten province.
Spokesperson M. Luthfi told Petromindo.Com that the Company is looking for 300,000 tonnes of coal with average CV of 5,000 Kcal/g (AR) for February to April 2010 delivery.
The Company said that the tender documents could be purchased at IP?s office in Jakarta from Feb 1-5 2010. (godang)
