Indonesia Power opens tender to modify Tambak Lorok

Power generating firm PT.Indonesia Power announced on Monday the opening of tender to search for EPC contractor to modify its 1,000-MW Tambak Lorok combined cycle power station in Semarang, central Java.
Under the modification scheme, the power plant will be able to burn cheaper marine fuel oil instead of high speed diesel.
Registration will be closed on April 17, 2008.
Indonesia Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of state electricity firm PLN. (denny)
