Indonesia Power signs MoUs with Rekind, Barata

Power producer PT Indonesia Power (IP), a subsidiary of state-owned electricity firm PT PLN, signed a MoU with state-owned engineering company PT Rekayasa Indusri (Rekind) for cooperation in the areas of power plant project management, engineering, design, cost estimation, as well as human resources development in these areas.

The MoU was signed on Wednesday by PT Indonesia Power President Director Sripeni Inten Cahyani and Acting Director of Rekind Jakub Tarigan, IP said in a statement.

IP also signed on Wednesday MoU with state-owned engineering and manufacturing company PT Barata Indonesia for cooperation in the areas of power plant engineering and maintenance.

IP said in the statement that the two companies agreed to cooperation in power plant management, where Barata will become IP?s partner in terms of supplying components and maintenance services.

The MoU was signed by IP?s Sripeni and Barata?s President Director Silmy Karim.
