Indonesia Power, Surveyor sign MoU

PT Indonesia Power (IP), a subsidiary of state-owned electricity firm PT PLN, and state-owned consultancy company PT Surveyor Indonesia (SI) late last week signed an MoU on cooperation to help improve the competitiveness of the power company, Media Indonesia reported on Tuesday.

The MoU was signed by IP Acting President Director Antonius R.T. Artono, and SI President Director M. Arif Zainuddin.

As part of the agreement, SI will assist IP in a number of activities such as survey, verification, inspection and technical consultation to help the latter in implementing power projects.

Scope of the jobs include underwater survey, underwater installation and engineering, asset integrity management, verification of local content, (TKDN), survey of quality and quantity of HSD, gas, and coal, as certification of power plant and transmission network facilities. (*)
