Indonesia Power to get gas from Peluang field

PT Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of state-owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), has signed a contract to receive 30 bbtud of gas from Peluang field in Madura Offshore PSC in East Java, operated by Australian firm Santos, for its power plant PLTG Grati in Central Java.
The contract is efffective five years from 2014 through 2019, company President Director Supangkat Iwan Santoso told Petromindo.com
He did not provide details regarding the price.
He also said another power plant owned by the firm, PLTGU Tambak Lorok in Semarang, Central Java, is expected to get a full supply of gas amounting to 50 bbtud from the Gundih field owned by state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina in November or December this year.
The Gundih gas is flowing to Tambak Lorok starting in October at the rate of 20 bbtud, he said.
