Indonesia to import up to 1.3 million liters of fuel in 2003

State oil and gas firm Pertamina has planned to import between 1.2 million and 1.3 million liters of fuel in 2003, according to company downstream director Muchsin Bahar.
The imported fuel will mainly come from Singapore and Kuwait, Muchsin told House members in a hearing on Thursday.
In 2002, fuel imports reached 1.2 million kiloliters, Muchsin said.
Domestic demand for fuel in 2003 is estimated at 60.5 million kiloliters. (godang)
