Infinity to acquire stake at E. Kalimantan CBM project

Infinity Alliance Ventures Inc., a company that is listed in Canada?s TSX Venture Exchange announced on Thursday that the Exchange has conditionally accepted the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital stock of CBM Asia Development Corp. (CBM Asia).

CBM Asia is a private company which holds the rights to earn 40% participating interests in the exploration and development of coal-bed methane within the Kutai-Ephindo Block, East Kalimantan owned by a local company called Ephindo Ilthabi CBM Holding Inc. (alex)
