Inpex announces two new managers

Japanese firm Inpex Corporation announced on Wednesday changes in General Manager and Senior Manager.

The firm has appointed Hajime Asayama as General Manager, Planning & Coordination Unit Masela Project Division. Previously, he was Senior Coordinator, Planning & Coordination Unit Masela Project Division.

It also appointed Akihiro Watanabe as Senior Manager, Planning & Coordination Jakarta Office. Previously, General Manager, Planning & Coordination Unit Masela Project Division

Inpex is the operator of the Masela block in Arafura Sea, Maluku, with a 65 percent interest. The firm, together with its partner Royal Dutch Shell, is developing an LNG project in the block?s Abadi field where the firm had discovered a huge gas reserve.
