Inpex submits revision of Masela POD to SKK Migas

Japanese firm Inpex Corp. has submitted the revision of the plan of development (POD) for the Masela block offshore Maluku.
"Inpex submitted its revision of the POD for Masela to SKK Migas (upstream authority) last month. Now the company is waiting for the approval from SKK Migas," an industry source told Petromindo.com.
The company is also reviewing the AMDAL environmental assessment for its project, according to the source.
Inpex operates the Masela block with a 65 percent participating interest in partnership with Shell Upstream Overseas Services (I) Ltd., a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell Plc., which holds a 35 percent participating interest.
