Intrepid still pursuits legal remedies to protect rights

ASX-listed Intrepid Mines Limited announced that its principal activity in Tujuh Bukit project was related to technical advancement of studies and the pursuit of legal remedies to protect the company's rights in the Project.

The concerted efforts are to confirm Intrepid's 80% interest in Tujuh Bukit with criminal complaints against the parties associated with joint venture partner, PT Indo Multi Niaga ('PT IMN'), commenced.

"Other legal remedies being prepared or actioned," the report ended Dec 31 says.

It said that the law suit initiated against various parties in the South Jakarta District in Indonesia.
