Investment decision for Semarang-Gresik pipeline end of this month

Final investment decision on the Gresik-Semarang gas pipeline will be made at the end of this month, Andi Noorsaman Sommeng, Chairman of downstream regulator BPH Migas, has said.
?Based on the meeting on Dec. 24, 2013, the gas for the pipeline will sourced from PEP Cepu at the rate of 100 mmscfd,? he said, adding that a Minister of Energy Mineral Resources (MEMR) decree on the gas supply is being formulated.
He further said that based on the letter from MEMR to SKK Migas?s Chairman No. 0890/15/MEM.M/2013, the FSRU Central Java, which will be built by PT Pertamina, will get a supply of 16 cargoes of LNG. The FSRU project is expected to be completed in 2016.
Based on the letter from MEMR to SKK Migas No. 1365/12/MEM.M/2013, natural gas for PT Pupuk Kudjang Cikampek (PKC) at the rate of 85 mmscfd will be sourced from Cendana, Jambaran, Tiung Biru fields operated by PEP Cepu, Andi said.
