Invitation for Pre Qualification for Mine Infrastructure Development and Mining Services
Project: Bartim Coal Project Ref. No.: SSG/ Pro /01-2011

PT Sumber Surya Gemilang is IUP Operation & Production holder for coal mine located in the Central Kalimantan Province. Proposals are invited from reputed consultants/contractors for Pre- Qualification for development of Mine Infrastructure and /or Mining Services job.

1. Scope of Work:
A general overview of the Scope of Work includes the following:

Infrastructure
1. Conceptual Planning and design of Mine Infrastructure and utilities
2. Approx 3 km of refurbishing an existing road
3. Construction of road crossings
4. Development of drainage works to minimize erosion end sediment deposition in local waterways.
5. Construction of temporary camps for workers.

Mining Services:
1. Land Clearing and Grubbing
2. Topsoil removal, stockpile and replacement
3. Overburden and Inter burden removal to dumpyard- Haul Coal getting to Mine stockpile Coal Hauling from mine to Jetty)
4. Design & execution of mine drainage with in the leasehold and scheme for keeping the mine face dry and workable by pumping with requisite pumps.

2. Prequalification Requirements:
Potential Parties must submit prequalification documents as set out below:
1. Article of Association (AXTA)
2. Past Performance and Capability Statement
3. Labor resources and certifications
4. Quality Assurance Program Certificate, and HSE Program Plan
5. Copy of latest fiscal year report and proven payment of income tax.
6. Copy of latest Financial Statement, audited by Public accountant
7. Copy of Certificates issued by the applicable accredited association indicating Party?s classification or business field, sub field and qualification of experience.
8. Organizational Chart
9. Details of Resources: Manpower, Plant Materials and Equipment
10. Details of company qualification as a ?Local Mining Services Company (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Lokal) or a National Mining Services Company (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Nasional) as defined under the Indonesian Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No 28 of 2009 on the Administration of Mineral and Coal Mining Services Business.
11. Contractor should have done minimum excavation (coal+ O.B) of 3 million cu mtrs per annum at least or more for last three years for being eligible to be considered for mining services
12. Contractor should have sufficient resources in terms of equipment, manpower and capital needed to carry out the above mentioned activities.
13. Contractor shall abide by all the local laws relating to compensation/payments/labor laws and HSE regulations as per Indonesian Law.
