IP hopes to receive gas from Pertamina EP this month

PT Indonesia Power (IP) a subsidiary of state-owned electricity firm PLN, expects that PT Pertamina EP could deliver 50 bbtud of gas from the Gundih field, in Cepu block, this month as scheduled.

IP President Director Djoko Hastowo told Petromindo.com Wednesday that his company hoped that there would be no delay in the delivery of the gas allocated for the Tambak Lorok power plant.

Meanwhile, President Director of Pertamina EP, Syamsu Alam told Petromindo.com that his firm was on track to meet the gas delivery on schedule. ?God Willing, the October schedule is on,? he said.

Head of Fuel and Gas Division at PLN, Suryadi Mardjoeki said that the Tambak Lorok gas-fired power plant would initially receive 20 bbtud of gas, which gradually will increase to 50 bbtud.
