IP unit signs MoU with E. Kalimantan prosecutors office

PT Indo Ridlatama, a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Power (IP), has signed an MoU with the East Kalimantan Prosecutors Office for the latter to provide legal advice in relation to the planned development of a 2x27.5 MW power plant in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan.
IP said in a press statement obtained Friday that the MoU was signed last week. The move is expected to help avoid the project from being stalled by legal problems.
The company did not provide details about the power plant project.
