IPA conference to witness signing of agreements

Upstream authority SKK Migas said that a number of agreements will be signed during the Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA)'s Convention and Exhibition in Jakarta next week.
"At the IPA event, 8 gas purchase agreements will be signed. Also there will be the handover of contract to 4 PSC holders," PR Division Head Elan biantoro told Petromindo.com
Elan however did not disclose names. He just said that at present Directorate General of Oil and Gas as well as SKK Migas are in final preparation so the agreements could be ready for signing next week.
IPA, which represents more than 90 percent of oil and gas exploration and production firms in the country, is scheduled to hold its annual convention and exhibition at the Jakarta Convention Center next week from May 15th to 17th.
