Indonesia coal producer Ithaca Resources said that its subsidiary PT Nusantara Berau Coal is expecting to produce 1.5 million tons of coal of 5,500 kcal/kg cv in 2013 from its mine in Berau, East Kalimantan.
Liberty Simanjuntak, Director of Ithaca Resources told Petromindo.com on Wednesday that it is a realistic target since the company is still waiting for the forestry use permit to expand its production.
