ITMG Q1 coal output down 2.8%

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) reported that first quarter output declined slightly by 2.8 percent to 6.9 million tons from 7.1 million tons in the first three-month period of last year.

The company reported Thursday that sales volume during the January-March period of this year reached 7.1 million tons, which is equal to the same period of last year.

ITMG has set coal production target of 29.5 million tons this year, while sales volume of 30 million tons.

ITMG has five producing coal concessions namely PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Trubaindo Coal Mining, PT Bharinto Ekatama, PT Kitadin (Embalut and Tandung Mayang) and PT Jorong Barutama Greston.
