ITMG?s director resigns

IDX-listed PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) announced on Monday that it had received a resignation letter from Hartono Widjaja as director on Sept. 26.
Hartono will be appointed to assume a higher responsibility for the development of Banpu Group, the firm said.
The resignation of Hartono Widjaja shall be deemed to be valid without the appraval of General Meeting of Shareholders.
The composition of the company's Board of Directors effective as per Nov. 26 November shall be as follow:
President Director: Pongsak Thongampai
Independent Director: Edward Manurung
Director: Leksono Poeranto
Director: A.H Bramantya Putra.
ITMG is a subsidiary of Thai energy giant Banpu PCL. The firm operates five coal mines namely PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Trubaindo Coal Mining, PT. Bharinto Ekatama, PT. Kitadin and PT Jorong Barutama Greston.
