J Resources plans rights issue

IDX-listed gold firm PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk. announced Monday it plans to hold extraordinary shareholders meeting October 12 to seek approval for a proposed rights issue.
The firm said proceeds will be used to help strengthen capital structure.
The company operates producing gold mines in Penjom, Malaysia, and in North Sulawesi, and North Kalimantan in Indonesia.
Currently, J Resources is conducting explorations at Gunung Pani mine, in Gorontalo.
