J Resources reports higher gold output

IDX-listed gold mining firm PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk said that output in the January-September period of this year increased by 21.71 percent to 196,850 troy ounces from 161,734 ounces in the same period of last year.
The company said in a statement Wednesday that the output in the first nine-month period has reached 83 percent of the full-year target of 237,756 ounces.
The company operates a number of mines including recently operated Bakan mine in North Sulawesi and Seruyung mine in East Kalimantan, aside from producing gold mines in Penjom, Malaysia, and Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi.
