Jatenergy offers $15,000 SPP to shareholders

Australian-listed energy firm Jatenergy offered shareholders with opportunity to subscribe up to US$15,000 worth of new shares in the company under a share purchase plan (SPP) with a price of $0.04 per share.
The funds raised by the SPP would be used to continue operating its projects, especially Jatenergy?s Coal Plus technology, which is a coal upgrading technology for which Jatenergy has recently acquired rights in Indonesia.
Participation in the SPP is available to shareholders whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand.
It said that the maximum number of shares that may be issued under the SPP is 8.75 million.
