Jatibarang produces gas above target

PT Pertamina EP (PEP) recently said its Jatibarang field in West Java is now producing 73.7 mmscfd of gas, 14.18 percent higher than the target of 65.48 mmscfd.
The field?s oil production, however, was below target, reaching 8,653 barrels per day (bpd) or 98.2 percent of the target of 9,107 bpd.
Jatibarang is a mature field, Jatibarang Field Manager Ceppy Agung Kurniawan said, adding his team is implementing various programs to jack up the field?s production.
