Jembatan Nusantara appoints new board of directors

Ferry operator PT Jembatan Nusantara has announced a new board of directors following changes in the company's leadership structure.

In a social media post, the company named Yudhi Yanuar as President Director, Rudy Hartono as Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management Director, and Eko Didik Harnoko as Commercial and Technical Director.

The company said the new management team will lead efforts to maintain and develop ferry services across Indonesia while focusing on operational reliability and service quality.

PT Jembatan Nusantara is one of Indonesia's largest private ferry operators by fleet size. The company became a subsidiary of  state ferry operator PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) after being acquired by the state-owned ferry company in 2022.

Founded in 1976 as PT Jembatan Madura, the company changed its name to PT Jembatan Nusantara in 2012 and operates ferry routes connecting islands across the Indonesian archipelago.
