Jero to install new SKK Migas chairman: Source

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik is scheduled to install M. Husen, Upstream Director at state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, as the new Chairman of upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas on Friday, a source told Petromindo.com

Husen will replace Rudi Rubiandini, who has been put behind bars for corruption. Following Rudi?s arrest in August of last year, J. Widjonarko was named as acting chairman of SKK Migas.

Meanwhile, the source said that Widjonarko was scheduled today to install the new deputy for supporting business control at SKK Migas, to replace Lambok H. Hutauruk, who entered pension on Monday.

SKK Migas Secretary Gde Pradnyana confirmed that there would be a ceremony to inaugurate new official at the regulatory body, but claimed he has no information on who would be installed.
