Jero to rotate ministry senior officials

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik is expected to make a reshuffle at the ministry on Friday by rotating a number of senior officials.

Director General of Mineral and Coal at the ministry, R. Sukhyar confirmed to Petromindo.com of the planned rotation of officials.

Bambang Cahyono, Head of the Geology Agency at the ministry, will be assigned to a new post as Coal Director at the ministry?s Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (Minerba), replacing Edi Prasodjo, who will be installed as Mineral Director at the directorate.

Meanwhile, Retno Cahyaningrum, Head of the Coal and Mineral Technology Center at the ministry?s Research and Development Agency, will be rotated into a new post as Director of Program Management at Minerba, replacing Paul Lubis, who will be installed as Secretary of Minerba, replacing Arya Adityawarman.

The vacant Director of Technique and Environment post will be assumed by Bambang Susatyo.
