JOGMEG eyeing Indonesian exploration blocks

Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) is undertaking joint studies on three exploration blocks in Indonesia, an official with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources said on Tuesday.
Two of the blocks are Selaru and Babar, both are located in Maluku province, Eddy Hermantoro, Upstream Director at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources said on Tuesday.
JOGMEG will have the first right to acquire the blocks should the study the company conducted confirmed the blocks? prospect. (bernard)
