Jonan installs new senior officials of SKK Migas

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ignasius Jonan installed on Friday new senior officials of upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas in a reshuffle which maintains its current Chairman Amien Sunaryadi.

Sukandar, a former president director of state-controlled steel giant PT Krakatau Steel Tbk, was installed as Deputy Chairman of SKK Migas.

Jaffee A. Suardin, former expert staff of Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arcandra Tahar, was installed as Deputy for Planning.

Fatar Yani Abdurrahman, who previously worked at Petronas Carigalli Indonesia, was appointed as Deputy of Operation, while Rear Admiral Muhammad Atok Urrahman was installed as Deputy for Business Support.

Arief Handoko, who previously worked at ConocoPhillips, was installed as Secretary of SKK Migas.

During the ceremony, former chairman of downstream oil and gas authority BPH Migas, Noorsaman Sommeng also officially handed over the regulator?s top post to newly appointed Chairmar M. Fanshurullah Asa.
