Kalimantan Gold appoints Baroi Project Manager

Canadian junior explorer Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited announced on tuesday the appointment of Bradley Allan Wake as Baroi Project Manager.

Wake is a geologist with 19 years experience in mineral exploration with 8 of those years in Indonesia.

Wake is experienced in the supervision and management of large exploration teams in remote locations. He has been involved with prefeasibility and feasibility studies on the development of both the Toka Tindung in North Sulawesi and the Hidden Valley deposits in PNG.

Wake will be the Company's Qualified Person for the Baroi drill program. Wake is contracted on a sixteen week contract initially with expectations of joining the Company full time on drill success and likely relocating from Australia to Indonesia.

Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited has a 75% interest in the KSK Contract of Work which through a recent relinquishment and expansion process now covers an area of 121,620 hectares in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Baroi is one of 38 prospects identified within the KSK CoW that is currently the main exploration focus of the Company.(alex)
