Kaltim Global to double coal output next year

Bengkulu coal miner PT Kaltim Global, a coal unit of Indian firm Archean Group is expecting to produce 100,000-150,000 tons per month next year, an increase from this year?s coal output of 75,000 tons per month, an industrial source told Petromindo.Com
The company is still seeking more prospective buyers to buy its coal having the calorific value of 4,200 kcal/kg (GAR) with total moisture (TM) around 33% and total sulhpur 0.4%.
At present, most of the coal is going to Indian buyers, the source said.
The mine is located in Putri Hijau district, North Bengkulu regency. Jetty port is in Muara Sungai Ketahun and transshipment point at Pulau Tikus.
