Kangaroo appoints Ian Ogilvie as Managing Director

Resources Limited has appointed Ian Ogilvie as Managing Director and Graham Anderson as Non-Executive Chairman.

Ogilvie has a Civil and Mining Engineering background with over 30 years continuous mining industry experience having worked in the UK, USA, Indonesia and Australia as a mining contractor, coal producer and also as a supply chain manager.

The Board of Kangaroo said that it believes Ogilvie has the right blend of experience and skills to develop and grow Kangaroo?s coal asset base and moving the more advanced projects towards production.

Ogilvie, who would receive a net remuneration package of USD$312,000 per annum, stated he looks forward to growing Kangaroo into a substantial coal producer.
