Karasan-1 and Pidawan drilling update

Australian oil firm CityView Corporation Limited said on Wednesday that drilling in Karasan-1 well in Madura joint operating body (JOB) in East Java had continued and reached a total depth of 2980 feet out of the 4600 feet target depth.
Meanwhile, CityView also said that Pidawan well in Simenggaris JOB in East Kalimantan would be spudded on February 18.
Both exploration blocks are operated by PT Medco Energi International Tbk, a Jakarta Stock Exchange listed oil, gas firm. CityView has 16.25 percent working interest in Madura JOB and 15.625 percent in Simenggaris JOB. (alex)
