Karlrez continues deepening programs in Bula PSC, Seram

Australian oil explorer Kalrez Energy Limited on Tuesday said it continued workover programs for another two wells in Bula production sharing contract (PSC) in Seram Island, Maluku.
According to Karez, the 31S-8 (previously referred to as 31S-6) well is currently drilled to a total depth of 316 mKB and has 7" casing set to near this depth.
The workover programme had commenced and all existing perforated zones in the 31S-8 well had been squeezed off with cement injection, Kalrez added.
Another well, the 89S-5, is scheduled for deepening to test the basal Fufa formation, following the completion of workover on 31S-8 well.
Kalrez is 100 percent interest holder and operator of Bula PSC.(robert)
