Karunia Bara sells 10% stake in Harum Energy

Mining company PT Karunia Bara Perkasa has raised Rp 2.44 trillion (1US$ = Rp 8,506) by selling 270 million shares or equal to 10 % share in Indonesia-listed East Kalimantan coal miner group PT Harum Energy at Rp 9,050 each to public.

Following the share sale, Karunia Bara now owns a 69.72% stake in Harum, the firm said in announcement on Monday. (denny)
