Karya Inti to drill Riau well in 2015

Indonesian oil and gas firm PT Karya Inti Petroleum will start exploration drilling campaign at its Lirik II block onshore Riau in the middle of 2015, an official with upstream oil and gas authority SKKMigas said.
Drilling and Survey Division Head Arief Fanshuri told Petromindo.Com that company has completed 291 km of 2D seismic in August 2013 and 50km2 of 3D seismic in December.
According to Arief, Karya Inti is currently evaluating the seismic data to determine drilling locations.
Karya Inti was awarded the block in late 2008 and has one well drilling firm commitment.
