KDL: PQ invitation for coal fired steam power plant 1 x 150 MW project

1. PT Krakatau Daya Listrik (?KDL?), a subsidiary of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk. having registered office at Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon, Banten Province, plans to develop Coal Fired Steam Power Plant lx 150 MW.
2. In line with the plan, KDL intends to process an International Competitive Bidding to contractor for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (?EPC?) works for the Power Plant (the ?Project?). The Project will be located at Jalan Amerika I in Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon, Banten Province, Indonesia, which is approximately 90km west of Jakarta.
3. The scope of work is building Coal Fired Steam Power Plant lx 150 MW. The scope of works shall bean a full EPC Lumpsum basis. The scope comprises design, manufacture, inspection and testing at manufactures facility, packing, shipment, insurance, customs clearance, delivery to site, unloading, storing, and handling at site, erection, on-site testing and commissioning, performance testing, warranty, inspection prior to final acceptance of a complete plant.
4.The participant of this Pro-Qualification (PQ) can be Indonesian EPC Company or a Foreign EPC Company from Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) countries (consortium with Indonesian EPC Company). Consortium Leader can be Indonesian EPC Company or Foreign EPC Company.
5. Steam Turbine, and Generator manufacturer shall be came from Original OECD Countries. Assembly of those equipment shall be done at Original OECD Countries or Indonesia (which owned by Original OECD Countries)
6. Those who are interested in participating in the pre-qualification for the Project may obtain pre-qualification document (the ?PQ Document?) for IDR 2.500.000 between 09.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. (Western Indonesia Standard Time) during a period starting on August 16, 2017 until August 25, 2017, upon the submission of a written request to the address below for the attention of Chairman of the PJPPE Committee.
7. Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted to and received at the address below not later than 04.00 p.m. (Western Indonesia Standard Time) on August 28, 2017.
8. Applicant for pre-qualification will be advised, In due course, of the results of evaluations on its application. Only applicants that have passed pre-qualification will be invited to bid.
