Ketapang?s production to peak in January 2016

Upstream authority SKK Migas? Chairman Amien Sunaryadi said on Wednesday oil production from Ketapang PSC in East Java operated by Petronas Carigali Bhd will peak in January 2016 at 19,000 barrels per day.
At present, the block produces 4000 bopd.
The Bukit Tua field in Ketapang PSC in East Java started production on May 17, 2015.
Ketapang PSC is 80 percent owned by Petronas Carigali Ketapang II Ltd, 20 percent by PT Saka Ketapang Perdana, a subsidiary of state owned gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN).
