Killara appoints Reza Zulkarnaen as President Director

ASX-listed company Kilara Resources Limited has recently appointed Reza Zulkarnaen, a representative of the new investor, as President Director of Killara's wholly-owned Indonesian subsidiary PT Killara Resources, in addition to making him Director of Killara.
A Bachelor of Information Technology and Master of Professional Accounting, Reza is expected to provide strong local experience as well as an operational team based in Jakarta, it said in a statement available at the exchange.
During the quarter Killara entered into due diligence on five MOUs on Exploration IUPs. Three of these form the 150 sq km Nunukan coal project in East Kalimantan. One is a 20 sq km prospect in the Bengkulu coal project in Sumatra in the same region as the coal mining activities of its strategic partner. The fifth is the 91 sq km Gapura gold project in West Kalimantan over part of a substantial metamorphic sequence known to host a number of gold occurrences.
