Killara names new Managing Director

ASX-listed Killara Resources Limited has appointed Robert Kipp, the company's founding member as new Managing Director effective as at 17 June 2013.
Prior to this appointment, Robert held the position of Executive Finance Director, with responsibility for day to day management, the company said on Tuesday.
Robert holding Bachelor of Business in both Accounting and Marketing and a Masters of Applied Finance previously held positions include being Managing Director of Premium Investors Limited and positions at Treasury Group Ltd and its investee companies including Orion Funds Management Ltd and Investors Mutual Limited.
Peter Rudd-Chairman stated on the appointment that ?the current executive team inclusive of Reza Zulkarnaen (President Director of PT Killara Resources), Matthew Driscoll (Executive Director ? Investor Relations) together with Robert Kipp are 100% focused and committed on delivering shareholder value?
